No lock-in. We invoice month-to-month, every 30 days. We ask for an initial 3-month engagement, the minimum time to find what works in your market and start booking consultations consistently. After that, you stay because it's working, not because you're tied to a contract.

You do, directly to Meta. Ad spend never passes through us. We recommend a minimum of $1,000/month to generate enough volume to work with. It's completely separate from our retainer.

Only leads that come through your Meta ads and enter our CRM are attributed to us. Referrals, architect introductions, word-of-mouth, none of those are tracked in our system. We report only on the leads we actually generate for you.

Partly trust. We choose clients we trust. But it's backed by your CRM. Every lead we generate is tracked from first enquiry through to pipeline stage. We see when a lead moves from consultation to tender to contract, and we ask you to keep those stages current. Hiding your own success is grounds to end the engagement. It's in the contract.

We'll review what you've got. Most builders come to us with a boosted post or a traffic campaign generating clicks but not leads. We don't recommend running both at once. It's usually wasting your money.

We run continuous testing, typically 30 to 40 ad variations a month across different hooks, formats, and angles. Month one is high-volume testing to find what resonates in your market. By months two and three we know what's working and double down. You supply photos and short video from your jobs. We handle all copy, design, strategy, and setup.
